How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Voyeurava Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can reach out about:
- How a call or message with Voyeurava Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Voyeurava Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send Your Complaint
Write to contact@voyeurava.skin and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
